Help Desk is the best way to get guaranteed, quick WordPress support. Create a support thread in our support help desk and we try to respond within 24 hours, maybe earlier during weekdays. Support is available for installation and troubleshooting for the themes available on Tokokoo.com only. We will not be able to assist you with customization or problems caused by external plugins not packaged with our download files.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online


Support Schedule

Our working hours are Monday – Friday from 09.00 AM – 05.00 PM. We’re in GMT +7. We also have some public holidays that may not occur in your country. We sincerely want to provide you the best WordPress support, as soon as possible so don’t be worried too much because we occasionally check our emails and messages during those times. However, please have mercy on us and refrain from expecting us to give you quick reply during weekends and public holidays.

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.
