Themes license & usage
WordPress Themes
All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. Our themes may be used and customized by our customers on as many websites as they like.
Photoshop Source Files (PSD)
Photoshop source files are licensed and copyrighted under Tokokoo.com. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.
Warranty
Our themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Any modification, alteration of the theme files, including third party applications, means that our warranty is no longer applied.
We cannot guarantee that our themes will function with all third party components, plug-ins or web browsers.
WordPress Professionals
First, you have to purchase the theme from Tokokoo before our certified WordPress Professionals perform any work for you. If you are looking to hire a WordPress Professional, you’ll need to contact them directly to negotiate rates and requirements.
Each person listed has been approved personally by us, so that we believe in their ability to perform as they describe. If this isn’t the case, please let us know.
Any money transfer between you and one of our certified WordPress Professionals is at your own risk. Tokokoo is not responsible and does not receive any commission from any transactions that might occur.
Refund Policy
Based on the nature of purchasing and downloading a digital product, all sales in Tokokoo are final. We do not issue refunds after the subscription or individual theme purchase is made. If there is an issue regarding a theme, our customers can utilize our Support Ticket facility.
Updates
Theme updates are available to customers who have made an individual theme purchase. They are also available for all the themes accessible by our club members only if their member subscription is still active.
All templates are always designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we can give no guarantee that older templates will run with future versions of WP. However, we are committed to do our best to make all the themes compatible with future releases of WordPress.
Themes Compatibility
Tokokoo themes are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 3.0 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. Our themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site, which can be downloaded from WordPress.org.
Browser Compatibility
Our themes support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Chrome, Safari (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer. We try our best to give a near-identical experience across each of these browsers, yet it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers.
Delivery
As soon as your payment has been confirmed, your Tokokoo Subscription or Individual Theme information will be emailed to the email address you provided in less than 1×24 hours. If you do not receive an email after this time period, do not hesitate to contact us through our website. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to all our themes and the support forum.
Price Changes
Tokokoo reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us through Tokokoo website at any time.
Affiliates
Tokokoo affiliates are required to have PayPal accounts on which we’ll send you commissions. Payments are sent within 15 days from the end of the month in which sales is occured. Affiliates cannot earn commissions on their own affiliate purchases.
Privacy Policy
Tokokoo will take your privacy seriously and take all measures to protect your personal information. Any information submitted by customers will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases, and addressing any customer service issues. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
E-Commerce Plugin Issue
Tokokoo only has responsibility with, if there’s any, problem and maintenance of themes originally made by Tokokoo team. If there’s any problem comes from the plugin, you can directly contact the plugin team. We don’t have any rights or responsibilities to handle the plugin/problem comes from it at all.
Tokokoo and team are ready to help and guide you on using of themes made by us, not the plugin.
