The email usually sent the moment your payment is approved, and that should be almost immediately. But if you don’t receive an email receipt or your log in information soon after, please come to our contacts, we’ll check on your payment and account.

More, if you don’t see your themes in the downloads tab, please do pop us an email as there is most likely an issue with your account. We’ll fix them up gladly as soon as possible.

After selecting a themes or making a subscription, you will be taken to the checkout screen. Here you can fill in your name and your desired username and password. Alternatively, you can also log in with an existing account as well. After finished your payment process, you can simply head to your dashboard and download your themes.

If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to download the themes anymore, you will not receive any theme updates again, and you will also not be billed again.

If you want to re-subscribe to our club after you cancelled, you can simply log in to your account and click the green arrow under the actions (at this moment, you’ll need to pay the one time sign up fee again). After finished the re-subscription, your Club Subscription will be reinstated immediately. To be noted, this condition only applies if you purchase a Club Subscription, not a Theme Package which includes lifetime updates and no recurring billings.

You will automatically have the option to add the bonus themes just before you make a themes purchase. To get the bonus themes, choose the Bonus Themes before you get into the checkout page. Only the themes available at your purchase time that will be eligible for your bonus themes.

Also please noted that the themes from Tokokoo Network can not be selected as bonus themes. You must purchase it separately. You can only have the Tokokoo Network themes as bonus themes automatically when you registered for subscription.

We always immediately check our themes compatibility every time a new version of WordPress has been released. We will update the themes if it’s required. We also update our themes anytime we discover a bug or anytime new feature has been added to the themes. For all existing customers, all updates and new versions are free of charge.

Purchase a Theme Package or Club Subscription, and you will get a full access to our Documentation, Tutorials, and support section via our contacts. Standard Package is the right and suitable package for you who love and happy enough with the design and styling of our great themes. While the Developer Package is the one which will be fit for you if you are designing and/or customizing a themes for client and know how to use Adobe Photoshop. With Developer Package, you will get the full access to the layered Adobe Photoshop file. You will also get an extra free bonus theme with the Developer Package indeed.

Club Subscription consists of Standard Club and Developer Club. It gives you access to all of our past WordPress Themes, plus access to all of our current themes and future themes we’ll release during your active membership subscription. You will re-billed every month until you cancel your subscription.

While Theme Package consists of Standard Theme and Developer Theme. It gives you access to only one themes (plus bonus themes you choose). You will still receive lifetime updates to that theme (and of course the bonus themes you pick). Both Club Subscription and Theme Package include lifetime access to our support contact and tutorials.
