Here the following instruction You just make category in your post, it call BLOG please go to http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/post-new.php and add the category like we did it in capture and dont forget to activate/checklist the blog for the main menu at here http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=menu/index here the capture :
