What are the differences between a Free and a Premium Theme?

We have numerous free awesome WordPress ecommerce themes here, but most of these Free Themes however have less good quality than the Premium. They also will not get any support from the developer/designer of the themes. Purchasing Premium Themes means you’ll get  better designs and functionality. You will also get support from the developer, so you won’t get any headache when technical problems occur.

How do I install my Tokokoo themes?

First, you should have an e-Commerce plugin, like WordPress e-Commerce, WooCommerce, WP Deals or Shopify. Then you need to follow the instructions or view our complete documentations to learn more about the installation of each theme.

What is a Theme?

A theme, template, skin and etc., is a ready to use design and layout you can use on your existing WordPress site. WordPress will handle all the contents for you (such as posts, pages, comments), while the themes transforms those contents into a beautiful and clean layout for your website visitors/customers.

Do I need to keep Tokokoo credit link in footer?

You don’t need to keep Tokokoo credit link in footer, you may remove it. But we suggest you to become an affiliate member and place your affiliate link there. By becoming an affiliate, every purchase come from that link will earn you a 35% commission.

How will I get access to purchased themes after the payment?

You will be automatically redirected to the member area after successfully making a theme purchase. Then you can simply download your themes in this member area.

Can I use your themes on commercial projects?

Definitely yes! You are most welcome to use all themes available in our site to develop any commercial and client projects.

Can I modify the themes based on what I like to?

All elements in our themes (including images, fonts, colors, layouts and anything else related to design of themes) were created for development, which means it can be changed or even modified. Moreover, the copyright in themes footer can be edited or even removed, but the link-backs to us will be really appreciated.

What is the PSD file, and why do I need it?

.psd file is a source file for Photoshop, a graphic editor used by most of web designers. You will (usually) need these files if you want to customize your themes, such as changing the logo, changing some graphic elements, etc.

Can I use your themes with my WordPress.com free hosted account?

We’re really sorry, our themes can only be used on a self-hosted WordPress blog, which can be downloaded from WordPress.orgWordPress.com blogs provide a limited number of themes to use on their free hosted accounts, but our themes are not included.

How often your themes being updated?

We always immediately check our themes compatibility every time a new version of WordPress has been released. We will update the themes if it’s required. We also update our themes anytime we discover a bug or anytime new feature has been added to the themes. For all existing customers, all updates and new versions are free of charge.

What is the difference between “Standard” and “Developer” Club?

Standard Club is a suitable package for you who love and quite happy with the design and styling of our themes. And the Developer Club is the one which will fit for you if you are designing and/or customizing a theme for client and know how to use Adobe Photoshop. With Developer Club, you will get the full access to the layered Adobe Photoshop file.

How do I make the payment?

I’m already a member. How do I buy another theme?

Go to “Dashboard” on your user member area and purchase other themes / subscriptions listed there.

I haven’t receive my receipt or login details

Confirmation email is sent right after your payment is approved. If you do not receive it soon after, please reach our contacts.

How does the payment process work?

After you subscribe to a plan or select a theme, you will be directed to check out screen. Fill in your name, your desired username and password. Or you could log in with your existing account. Then hit NEXT button to continue the payment process. Once your payment is approved and your account is created, login to your account, head to dashboard and download your themes.

Can I use my themes on multiple sites?

Yes, you can freely use our themes on unlimited number of domains.

In which browsers and browser versions did you test the themes?

We tested all of our themes on Internet Explorer 8, the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. Regarding to operating systems, our themes are independent from the operating system you use. It will work as long as WordPress is installed correctly.
We’re not supported to the Internet Explorer 6 and 7. If you use Internet Explorer 6 or 7, please consider to upgrade it to the latest Internet Explorer, or you can simply switch to a different browser to have the best experience with our themes.

Do your themes are widget ready?

Yes, all of our themes are widget ready (however, each theme has different widget options, check out the demo site before making any purchase).

Do your themes work with plugins?

Yes, our themes work with plugins and most plugins should work with our themes, HOWEVER, we can’t guarantee they all will. There are some plugins that conflicts with code used in the themes, which will make our themes doesn’t function properly.
There are so many plugins available, and if the plugin has been coded to WordPress standards, chances are 99% it works well with our themes. If it doesn’t, we’re happy to troubleshoot and figure out which one is being the problem. Just drop us a message on the contact page.
