We’ve received many questions about whether unregistered users, or guests, can checkout in WordPress e-commerce. The answer is yes.
Here’s how to allow your guests to checkout in WordPress e-commerce:
1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to Kelontong > Kelontong. You’ll find Shopping Cart Checkout.
3. Click allow unregistered user to checkout.
4. Save.
Another way to allow your guests to checkout in WordPress e-commerce:
1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Go to Store > Settings > Checkout. You’ll find Misc Checkout Options.
3. Check No for Users must register before checking out.
4. Save changes.
And that’s it. Anyone, including unregistered users, will then be able to checkout in your online store.
*This how-to applies to every WordPress e-commerce theme released by Tokokoo. So if you’re using AppCloud, for example, just replace Kelontong in every step with AppCloud.
